Non-Code Vessels

Applied Chemical Technology specializes in the design and construction of chemical production and processing plants. Our service portfolio includes turnkey engineering, development, manufacturing, and installation of standard and custom process systems. We fabricate numerous types of tanks and pressure vessels for chemical process systems, including non-code vessels.

Our Non-Code Vessel Capabilities

Many applications don’t require a vessel built to stringent ASME standards. For operations that don’t require an ASME standard pressure vessel, Applied Chemical Technology can design, fabricate, and install high-quality, non-code pressure vessels.

We can build vessels as large as 30 feet and 12 feet in diameter, and we will manufacture all related process piping accordingly. We work with stainless steel, carbon steel, Hastelloy®, and Inconel®, and our team can provide non-code vessels for any relevant situation. Our tank capabilities include the following options:

  • Conventional jacket
  • Dimple jacket
  • Steam coil jacket
  • Internal steam coil
  • Skid-mounted
  • Insulated
  • Mixers
  • Custom tank design
  • Polishing up to #8 finish
