Rotary Blenders Mixers

Mixers Providing Continuous and Batch Blending Solutions for Industry

A rotary mixing drum from Applied Chemical Technology (ACT) provides dependable blending of solids or liquids with solids at an economical price. We build both continuous rotary blenders and batch rotary blenders. Our engineers have designed and built rotary drums since 1981 and are ready to help you identify the tumbler best suited to your material properties and mixing needs. We can provide internals to gently handle your material or provide more agitation. Also, your mixing drums can include zones for multiple functions like agglomerating, coating, and drying.

ACT provides precision alignment at your facility for our rotary mixers. In addition to rotary mixers, we can provide complete material processing systems. If desired, these systems may be built as modular or skid mounted systems and may include air handling/emissions control, pumping systems, granulations systems, material sizing and recycle, coating systems, and more.
