The project manager works diligently to promote an environment of frequent and open conversation related to your project needs. Project managers provide weekly or monthly progress reports as well as monthly cost updates. They are dedicated to completing your project on time and within budget. Also, ACT maintains an open door policy for their clients, encouraging their participation at every step of the process.
